Four structural prerequisites that AI systems cannot meet — and why that matters.
Module 4 · Lesson 2 of 5
In the previous lesson, we separated reliability (consistency, accuracy, availability) from trust. Now we need to ask a direct question: what does genuine professional trust actually require? What are its prerequisites?
When you trust a colleague with something that matters, you are making a bet on four things. All four have to be present, and all four are structurally unavailable in an AI system. Understanding this is the key to seeing why AI cannot simply inherit the roles that humans have held.
