Honest self-assessment is hard. That difficulty is informative.
Module 1 · Lesson 4 of 5
You know what you do. You've probably been doing it for years. You have a strong sense of what you're good at and what you're not. You know which projects you crushed and which ones stretched you. You know which tasks you enjoy and which ones you'd happily never do again. That's one kind of knowledge.
But honest knowledge about what your job actually requires, and what parts of it are truly irreplaceable by AI, is different. It's harder. And the difficulty is itself informative. There are two failure modes you're going to run into, and understanding them is part of the exercise.
