M-25-22 Readiness

OMB M-25-22 applies to contracts from solicitations issued on or after September 30, 2025. It obliges agencies to obtain specific evidence from AI vendors: no training on non-public agency data without consent, IP and data-portability terms, pre-award performance testing, and continuous monitoring rights. We help contractors assemble that evidence before an agency asks for it.

Machine-readable trust profile

M-25-22 asks agencies for continuous vendor assurance, not a PDF snapshot. A Temper Trust Profile is shaped to that: frameworks and their evidence dates, the laws that apply and your standing under each, systems in scope, data handling, and — critically — the gaps, because an agency that finds an undisclosed gap after award has found a bigger problem than the gap.

Each profile publishes as a human-readable page and as JSON an agency can ingest. We publish our own first: see temper.ai/trust — including the frameworks we have not earned.

Capability Statement

The general capability statement — core competencies, past performance, UEI, CAGE code and NAICS codes — is available to download now, no form in the way.

What this adds to your Trust Profile

Your profile is the M-25-22 narrative. Agencies must obtain pre-award testing evidence, no-training-on-agency-data attestations, IP and portability terms, and continuous monitoring rights. A profile answers all of it in one artifact, human-readable and machine-readable — which no consultant deliverable can match.
