1. List your ten most time-consuming tasks. Separate them into two columns: execution and decision. Which column is longer?

2. For three tasks in the execution column, ask: what would need to be true for AI to do this? Write out the actual barriers. Not "it's too nuanced." What specifically would need to change?

3. Look at your decision column. Those tasks — if AI could do all the execution, would these decisions matter more or less? Why?
