Change Log Discipline

When you update a workflow, write a one-sentence note about what changed and why. Add it to your documentation (from Lesson 2) or keep a simple text log.

Example:

2026-03-15: Added weekend filter after it was sending Morning Brief on Saturdays
2026-03-08: Increased timeout from 30s to 60s for API calls that were intermittently failing
2026-02-28: Changed AI model from Claude 3 Opus to Claude 3.5 Sonnet for faster processing

This log is not for publishing. It's for you. When you're trying to remember why you did something three months ago, you can look it up.
