After you launch a new workflow, check it every day for the first 48 hours.

This isn't paranoia. It's just how software works. The first few runs almost always surface issues you didn't catch in testing: - An API returns slightly different data than expected - A service is down - An edge case you didn't think of occurs

You'll discover and fix these fast. After 48 hours, if it's been successful, it's usually stable.
