The Morning Brief with a Condition

Let's make the Morning Brief smarter. You don't want to send a weather brief on weekends—you only want it on weekdays.

Setup: 1. Schedule trigger: 7am every day 2. Weather API call 3. Text formatter 4. NEW: Filter/IF node — Check if today is a weekday 5. Email (only runs if filter passes)

The filter condition:

Day of week is not Saturday AND Day of week is not Sunday

Or simpler:

Day of week is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday

What happens: - Monday-Friday at 7am: Weather fetched, formatted, emailed - Saturday-Sunday at 7am: Weather fetched, formatted, then the filter stops execution. Email never sends.

The workflow still runs (the schedule trigger fires), but it intelligently decides not to send email on weekends.
