How to explore in 15s

This demo shows how a spiking neural network balances between two extremes: Coma (silence) and Epilepsy (chaos). Intelligence lives in the dynamic equilibrium between them.

1. Do nothing.
   It will stabilize on the ramp signal in 10-20 seconds.
2. Move the Dopamine slider.
   Shift between silence, chaos, and the "sweet spot". Watch the weights evolve based on input/output correlation. Too much dopamine = violence to weights (learning/forgetting). A little goes a long way.
3. Add gentle perturbations.
   Toggle Noise, Spontaneous Firing, or Random Walk. Watch stable regimes emerge, dissolve, and self-organize.

Intentionally small, interpretable, and built to be inspected not believed.

Turing is a demonstration platform. It shows the core dynamics of spiking neural networks—the knife-edge between coma and epilepsy, at a scale at which every neuron can be inspected. This is a research tool to explore the architectural principles of distributed neuromorphic intelligence.

What works: Temporal dynamics, weight adaptation via dopamine-modulated STDP, stable regime emergence under perturbation.

What's next: Scaling to data center size, sensor integration, benchmark validation.

This is the foundation. The next step requires a team and resources to push it from demonstration to deployment.
